Adamite is a mineral, a basic zinc arsenate hydroxide. It's known for its occurrence in the oxidized zones of zinc ore deposits. Adamite is also a gemstone, known for its variety of colors and ability to be cut into various shapes.
Additionally, "Adamite" can refer to a person descended from Adam, a nudist, or a member of an early Christian sect who practiced ritual nakedness.
